Expo ERA Travel was built around one idea: the team hosting your booth deserves the same level of care as the show itself. We handle the hotel contracts, the room blocks, and the logistics — so you can focus on the floor.
We exist to take hotel logistics off the shoulders of exhibitors, event managers, and travel coordinators. Every block we secure is backed by a real contract, a named contact, and a team that answers the phone — so the people representing your company on the show floor arrive rested, on time, and taken care of.
We're building toward a standard where exhibitors across the U.S. and Canada think of hotel housing the same way they think of their booth contractor or freight forwarder: a dependable, specialized partner, not a line item booked through a generic travel site.
Expo ERA Travel started with a familiar frustration: exhibitors landing in a host city to find their block had been oversold, their rate had quietly increased, or nobody at the hotel could confirm their reservation at all. For a company spending tens of thousands of dollars on a booth, that kind of uncertainty shouldn't be part of the cost of doing business.
We set out to do the opposite — hold real, contracted inventory close to major convention centers, communicate directly with show organizers, and keep a single accountable team behind every booking. What began with a handful of Las Vegas shows has grown into a housing program covering major markets across the United States and Canada.
Today, event managers and exhibitor relations teams work with us the same way they'd work with any other trusted show vendor: one relationship, one point of contact, season after season.
If we've contracted the block, the rooms are there. No exceptions, no fine print.
Rates, terms, and attrition policies are explained upfront — never buried in a footnote.
Every exhibitor we house is treated like a guest of ours, not just a name on a rooming list.
Dates, counts, and details matter. We treat every rooming list like it's the only one we have.
